A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in loss of your deposit. No-shows will also result in loss of deposit and will require full prepayment for future bookings. I do understand that things happen-please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
